Community Built Playground Project
Oconomowoc Junior Woman’s Club (OJWC) and the
Department of Parks, Recreation, and Forestry have begun the exciting process of planning a custom-designed, 100% fully inclusive, volunteer-constructed playground.

We hope you’ll share a role in creating a public centerpiece the greater Oconomowoc area will be proud of for decades to come.
The playground, slated for Roosevelt Park, promises to reflect Oconomowoc’s rich history and unique identity.  Total accessibility for children of all abilities, a central endeavor of the playground, will make it the first of its kind in Waukesha County.

People are paramount to making this vision a reality.  There will be countless opportunities for interested community members, volunteer service organizations, and area businesses to participate from donations of time and imagination, to financial and material assistance.
